This project has the purpose of collecting the concise descriptions of the contribution of many Calabrian partisans, veterans and Resistance fighters to the birth of the Italian Republic.
On December 20, 1921 the partisan Pasquale Brancatisano, alias “Malerba,” was born in Samo, Reggio Calabria.
Sunday, December 20, 2020 the network of Calabri Vagantes celebrated his birthday in videoconference.
Unfortunately, in early 2021, Pasquale Brancatisano left us but his story is told in detail in a video made on April 25, 2020 by Chiara Sammarco on behalf of Calabri Vagantes and ANPI.
